leftover japchae/chapchae for dinner tonight

I think I need to really check my food intake before it gets out of hand ;P I think I also need to finally start adding some weights to my gym routine (which as of now consists of mostly the elliptical and some power walking the treadmill on an incline). I should really try to lose the handful of pounds I put on senior year. I keep saying that but I never seem to get around to it (gah).

Okay...back to work.

today: commencement at 9am, bongo burger for my mom's favorite lamb burger, tour of the jodo shinshu center. felt crappy but i had a short workout and a long shower and feel much better.

why the hell can't people make sure they leave the toilet in usable condition? like i really want to touch the toilet seat cover you used or wipe up the blood you dripped on the toilet seat or flush your poop crumbs down the toilet. that's your job. and while i'm on the subject, please wash your hands after you use the restroom. that's just grody. dude.
